1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and company name. When you use the service we process the documents you upload, the structured data extracted from them, and usage metadata (page counts, processing times, feature usage). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the service: extracting fields from your documents, showing analytics for your organization, billing, and support. Corrections you make to extracted fields are used to improve extraction accuracy for your organization only. We do not use your documents or data to train models for other customers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Document storage & retention

Documents are stored encrypted at rest in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers and are only accessible to members of your organization. Free-trial documents are automatically deleted within 48 hours. Documents in paid accounts are retained until you delete them or close your account. When you delete a document, it is removed from active storage immediately.

4. AI processing

Document text is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic) and OCR services (AWS Textract) under agreements that prohibit the use of your content for training their models. Processing is transient — your content is not retained by these providers beyond what is required to return results.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a secure token used to refresh your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your rights

You can export or delete your documents at any time from the dashboard. Organization administrators can remove team members and their access immediately. To request full account deletion or a copy of your personal data, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
