Terms of Service

1. The service
Document-Info provides AI-assisted extraction of structured data from documents you upload. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant us only the limited license needed to process, store, and display that content to your organization. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the documents you process and that your use complies with applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to process content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware; attempt to circumvent usage limits, trial protections, or security controls; resell the service without our written consent; or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. Plans, billing & quotas
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include the document quotas described on the pricing page. Quotas reset at the start of each billing month and unused quota does not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Extraction accuracy depends on document quality and is not guaranteed — always review extracted data before relying on it.
5. Availability & support
We target the uptime levels described on the pricing page but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Support is provided by email and through the in-app ticket system.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses resulting from decisions made on extracted data.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the free trial. On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
